We have a few options for students who would like to start with (or return to) the basics.
On Wednesday nights at 6pm and Tuesday nights at 7:30pm we offer ongoing beginner classes which will cover different themes and styles of yoga but always at a beginner level. You can use a regular class pass for this session and come whenever you can.
It’s also possible to attend other classes as a beginner (or to organise a custom class tailored to your needs), please get in touch for more information about individual class suitability.
We are also relaunching our Beginners Courses in 2019! These 5 week series are a great way to gain an understanding of yoga in a comfortable and progressive way. More information and bookings here
