We have a few options for students who would like to start with (or return to) the basics. Scroll down to find out more..

On Wednesday nights at 6pm and Tuesday nights at 7:30pm we offer ongoing beginner classes which will cover different themes and styles of yoga but always at a beginner level. You can use a regular class pass for this session and come whenever you can.

We’re also offering a 5 week “Foundations of Yoga” course in 2020 which is perfect for beginners. The course runs on Sundays at 2:30pm and we currently have available start dates on January 5th (click here) or  February 16th (click here). More dates will be added!

It’s also possible to attend other classes as a beginner (or to organise a custom class tailored to your needs), please get in touch for more information about individual class suitability.
