On Wednesday nights at 6pm, Tuesday nights at 7:30pm and Thursday mornings at 9:30am we offer ongoing beginner classes which will cover different themes and styles of yoga but always at a beginner level. You can use a regular class pass for this session and come whenever you can.

It’s also possible to attend other classes as a beginner (or to organise a custom class tailored to your needs), please get in touch for more information about individual class suitability.
