Mid Coast Run Club x Salt Yoga

Start your Thursday with a relaxed, guided run by Talia from The Local Adventure Company.
It includes a half way gratitude break to soak in the power of nature.
You'll warm up with a short functional breathing practice guided by the Salt Yoga teachers, then round out your run with an optional coffee to celebrate and connect with the community.

This is a free community offering, just show up - no bookings required and no cancellation policy applies if you sleep in :)
