Katie is the lead teacher at Salt Yoga studios & hold a masters in BioMedical Meditation. Specialising in Mindfulness Meditation & pranayama, she facilitates a transformative and empowering practice that draws on the rich teachings of eastern philosophies & the evidence-based research of the western world.
